Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health in Pasadena, TX is looking to hire a Paramedic (EMT P) to provide advanced life support in emergency and non-emergency settings. You will lead patient assessment, perform advanced interventions, interpret EKGs, and ensure safe transport to healthcare facilities.

The role requires clinical expertise, leadership under stress, and the ability to communicate effectively with dispatchers, EMS crews, and first responders.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Texas paramedic (EMT-P).
• CPR certification.
• ACLS, PALS, PHTLS/ITLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls 24 hours per day, driving emergency vehicles under varied conditions.
• Lead patient assessment and provide advanced life support care in adherence to Medical Director's protocols.
• Interpret EKGs and administer medications as directed.
• Ensure safe transport to healthcare facilities and complete documentation promptly.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness and assist with resupply and decontamination as needed.
• Coordinate with Police, Fire, and First Responder Organizations as required.
• Adhere to policies, complete patient care reports, and uphold professionalism in all contacts.
