What You’ll Do
- Coordinate EMS orientation, continuing education, annual refreshers, and skills training
- Develop and deliver engaging, evidence-based educational programs
- Support FTO development and onboarding of new team members
- Maintain training, competency, and compliance documentation
- Develop scenario-based training and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with EMS leadership, educators, and community partners
- Provide clinical support through 911 response and inter-facility transport
- Assist with public assistance and Emergency Department needs as required
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of practical Emergency Medical Services experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Successful completion of an EMT or Paramedic program or equivalent required
- Associate of Applied Science or equivalent preferred
- Current Montana EMT, Paramedic, or RN with recent Certificate of Equivalency; PA licensure also accepted
- National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- NRP and EVOC required within one year or at the earliest available offering
- PHTLS preferred
- Critical Care Transport Endorsement required within 18 months
- Valid Montana driver’s license with excellent driving record
- Commitment to annual refresher training and continuing education
