Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN guidance following regulations and hospital policies.
• Perform advanced tasks including colostomy care, IV insertion/removal, and IV site care as scoped.
• Complete patient rounds and document care accurately and timely.
• Assist with patient discharge instructions and ensure patient safety during transport and handoffs.
