Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree in EMS or related field.
• EMT-Paramedic license from NM and/or NREMT.
• NM EMS Instructor-Coordinator approval or eligibility within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum of three years prehospital ALS experience.
• Current BLS/ACLS instructor certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Teaches up to 15 pay hours per semester and up to 38 pay hours per year in EMS courses.
• Advises students on academic achievement and learning goals; assists with enrollment and navigation of systems.
• Maintains scheduled office hours and mentors adjunct faculty.
• Contributes to curriculum development and assessment planning; develops course outlines and materials.
• Participates in faculty, department, and college-wide meetings and initiatives.
