Endeavor Health seeks a Paramedic Instructor in Naperville, IL for part-time hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm). You will plan and conduct paramedic education sessions, ensure adherence to program guidelines, and provide actionable feedback to students.

You must hold an Illinois RN license or paramedic license, CPR certification, and have expertise in adult learning and assessment design. Teaching and EMS system knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency/pre-hospital care with education program development.
• Proficiency in adult learning principles, objectives, and assessments.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and database tools; computer interfacing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, and conduct paramedic education sessions to improve student competence.
• Collaborate with the Edward Paramedic Education Coordinator and follow program guidelines.
• Provide feedback and evaluations to support quality improvement in skills and didactics.
• Maintain documentation to verify competency during rotations and manage teaching materials.
