You will provide feedback, support re-education, document competencies during rotations, and use teaching tech to foster critical thinking while maintaining a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in emergency, pre-hospital nursing or paramedic care.
• Experience in instructing and developing educational programs with adult learning principles.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and database tools; knowledge of system interfacing.
• If RN, ECRN privileges in the EHEMSS within three months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, and conduct paramedic education sessions for students.
• Provide feedback and evaluation for quality improvement in didactic and practical skills.
• Assist with re-education measures and remove learning barriers.
• Document competency during practical rotations and maintain equipment.
