Job summary

Role includes staffing the Transport Communications Center and coordinating with referring facilities. The ideal candidate has ALS experience, valid state certifications, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and graduation from an accredited paramedic program (Required).
• 1 year ALS experience in pre-hospital or inter-facility transport (Required).
• 2 years of related experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient inter-facility transport to ill or injured patients.
• Stabilize patients with advanced life support according to protocols.
• Operate transport equipment and monitor patient status during transport.
• Supervise Emergency Medical Technicians during ground transports.
• Maintain proficiency with documentation and equipment.
