Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Paramedic Coordinator in New Jersey to lead Mobile Health operations within MH Central Operations. The role offers a salaried position with a pay range of $84,600.00 - $110,000.00 per year.

You will coordinate EMS QA/QI activities, supervise ALS/BLS operations, and ensure regulatory compliance across the department. The successful candidate will oversee staffing, mentor EMS personnel, and maintain essential certifications while collaborating with regional EMS

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Must possess NJ MICP certification or equivalent.
• American Heart Association BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.
• Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support or ITLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conducts self in a professional, dignified, and compassionate manner.
• Communicates clearly in English via written and verbal means.
• Enforces hospital/department policies and state/federal regulations.
• Maintains required certifications per MH policies and laws.
• Oversees QA/QI activities and regulatory compliance for EMS operations.
• Provides unit coverage for EMS calls and major incidents as needed.
• Coordinates and supervises EMS rotations and fellowships.
• Executes staff performance evaluations and orientations.
