RWJBarnabas Health is looking for an EMT Supervisor at their Mobile Health department in Jersey City, NJ. This part-time role involves supervising EMTs and Paramedics, ensuring compliance with medical protocols, and overseeing daily operations. Candidates must possess EMT certification and applicable training.

The pay range for this position is $24.13 - $26.68 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills and be capable of maintaining a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Must complete Hazardous Materials Awareness training within 6 months of hire.
• Must complete Weapons of Mass Destruction Awareness training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the performance and daily operations of the EMS department.
• Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures and medical protocol.
• Schedules and supervises EMTs and Paramedics on assigned shifts.
• Conducts performance evaluations on all employees assigned on shift.
