Heartland Ambulance in Indiana is seeking Paramedics to join our team. You will provide advanced life support and basic life support, assess patients, transport and deliver high-quality care in emergency settings.

Responsibilities include safe operation of ambulances, inventory management, lifting and moving patients, completing paperwork, and following protocols while maintaining professional appearance. Indiana EMT-Paramedic certification required; ACLS/BCLS preferred.

Competenze

• Must be EMT-Paramedic certified/licensed in Indiana.
• No criminal record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• ACLS Certification (preferred; not required).
• BCLS Certification (preferred; not required).

Mansioni

• Safe and efficient operation of ambulances and other company equipment.
• Basic life support treatment and transportation of sick and injured persons.
• Providing basic and advanced emergency medical treatment and life-saving procedures
• Prepares inventories and stocks supplies and inspects equipment for proper operation.
• Must be able to safely lift, transfer and maneuver patients in and out of ambulances, facilities, residences and other locations.
• Respond to emergency calls, assess patient condition and make critical care decisions quickly
• Complete any and all paperwork
• Follow proper protocol and maintain professional appearance at all times
