Heartland Ambulance in Indiana is seeking a Paramedic to provide advanced and basic life support, assess patients, and transport them with a focus on high-quality care. The role emphasizes rapid decision-making, safe vehicle operation, and adherence to clinical protocols.

We offer full-time employment with in-person work, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive health benefits. ACLS/BCLS are preferred but not required, and state licensure must be maintained.

Competenze

• Must be EMT-Paramedic certified/licensed in Indiana.
• No criminal record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• ACLS Certification (preferred not required).
• BCLS Certification (preferred not required).

Mansioni

• Safe and efficient operation of ambulances and other company equipment.
• Basic life support treatment and transportation of sick and injured persons.
• Providing basic and advanced emergency medical treatment and life-saving procedures
• Prepares inventories and stocks supplies and inspects equipment for proper operation.
• Must be able to safely lift, transfer and maneuver patients in and out of ambulances, facilities, residences and other locations.
• Respond to emergency calls, assess patient condition and make critical care decisions quickly
• Complete any and all paperwork
• Follow proper protocol and maintain professional appearance at all times
