• AHA BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 30 days of start date.
• Valid PA driver’s license or eligible for PA license if out of state.
• PA DOH EMSVO certification within 30 days of start date.
• HazMat Awareness Training and NIMS 100/200/700/800 within 30 days.
• Must obtain Medical Command within 90 days of start date.
