Job summary

Penn State Health Life Lion LLC is seeking a Paramedic to administer advanced life support on 911 incidents and during patient transport. The role requires PA Paramedic certification (or reciprocity), and rapid completion of required certifications after hire. Work is full-time with 12-hour shifts and night differential.

Sign-on bonus available for qualifying candidates. Location: Lemoyne, PA. Night/day shifts; 1.00 FTE.

Qualifications

• Paramedic certification in PA or eligible for reciprocity.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of start.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for administering advanced life support care on 911 emergency incidents and during transportation of patients.

Education

Paramedic certification (PA or reciprocity)

AHA BLS certification

ACLS certification

PALS certification

PA DOH EMSVO certification

HazMat Awareness Training

NIMS (100, 200, 700, 800) training
