Job summary

Mercy EMS in Missouri is seeking a Paramedic to provide direct patient care, including assessment, stabilization, and transport, under Medical Director guidance. The role requires strong physical endurance and adherence to Mercy policies.

Working in Lawrence County, you'll join a team dedicated to rapid response and high-quality care. Full-time, 48/96 schedule with a sign-on bonus; licensure as Paramedic (EMT-P), valid driver's license, and Hazmat/ACLS/PALS prerequisites are required or planned

Qualifications

• Paramedic (EMT-P) license for the state of practice is required or on file.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Hazmat awareness level training, ACLS at hire, PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, evaluation and basic/advanced medical rescue to access, stabilize, evacuate and transport patients.
• Perform clerical and maintenance duties as assigned.
