Job summary

EMSA - Emergency Medical Services Authority is seeking a Paramedic to join Oklahoma’s largest ambulance service. You will provide high-quality patient care, transport patients, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and dispatchers across teams.

This full-time position offers a robust benefits package, ongoing CE/licensure support, relocation and a $10,000 retention bonus, with quarterly bonuses and opportunities for growth within EMSA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Oklahoma EMT-Paramedic Certification and NREMT-Paramedic Certification required.
• Oklahoma driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in 3 years.
• All certifications required by Medical Control Board and EMSA.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethical, professional patient care and project a positive image.
• Follow directions from Supervisors, Controllers, and Managers.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and public safety professionals as needed.
• Adhere to EMSA clinical standards and protocols.
• Complete patient care and billing documentation accurately.
• Transport patients safely to and from ambulance.
• Operate EMS vehicles in compliance with laws and policy.
• Maintain equipment and perform inventory checks.
