Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a licensed Paramedic to assist higher-trained personnel in delivering effective patient care on a full-time day shift. You will provide excellent service to patients and families, support community relations, and uphold infection control standards in a fast-paced emergency environment.

Required are PARA licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a valid driver’s license. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• Licensed Paramedic (PARA) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
• Driver's License (DL) is required.

• Ability to assess, treat, and care for patients to the level of certification
• Ability to maintain a professional and calm presence under the most critical situations

• Ability to determine the nature of patient conditions and assess whether patients have pre-existing medical conditions
• Ability to identify and treat life-threatening conditions within the paramedic's field of practice

Work Experience:

• 1+ related work experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Licensed Paramedic (PARA) [Required]
