Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree with commitment to earn a Bachelor's within three years.
• 1 year of prior experience in a professional legal role.
• Experience with contract/an agreement processing, reviewing, drafting, negotiating, redlining, and amending.
• U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship) for this position.
