Job summary

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal Specialist located in Midland, MI.

In this role, you will provide paralegal support on a wide range of legal topics, across all legal practice areas (excluding Litigation), as a member of the Core Legal Practices Client Services team with emphasis on demonstrated competencies such as work ethic; interpersonal effectiveness, teamwork, communication, collaboration, and collegiality; initiative and judgment; interconnected thinking and action; and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or associate degree with plan to complete a bachelor's within three years.
Minimum 1 year of professional legal experience.
Experience with contract processing, reviewing, drafting, redlining, and amending.
Ability to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

Review client requests, assess gaps or risk, and apply standards to complete requests.
Adhere to standards to drive service consistency and identify inefficiencies.
Meet or exceed turnaround times and impact team metrics.
Work autonomously and balance team objectives with personal responsibilities.
