Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal Specialist located in Midland, MI. You will provide paralegal support across legal topics, excluding Litigation, as part of the Core Legal Practices Client Services team.

Responsibilities include reviewing client requests, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of service while collaborating with diverse teams globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Associate degree or equivalent military experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional legal experience.
• Experience with contract processing, reviewing, drafting, negotiating, redlining, and amending.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming client requests, assess for gaps or legal risk, and apply work process standards to complete requests.
• Adhere to standards to drive consistency in service and identify inefficiencies.
• Meet or exceed turnaround times and impact team metrics.
