Dow is seeking a Paralegal Specialist in Midland, MI to provide paralegal support across non-litigation matters within the Core Legal Practices Client Services team. You will review requests, assess risk, draft and redline agreements, and help manage workflow and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; associate degree with commitment to earn a Bachelor's within three years; or relevant military experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in a professional legal role.
• Experience with contract/agreement processing, reviewing, drafting, negotiating, redlining, and amending.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
