The Law Offices of Marshall Dennehey, a nationally recognized civil defense litigation firm, is seeking a full‑time Paralegal Manager to join our team in Philadelphia. You will lead paralegal recruiting, onboarding, evaluations, and training while developing standardized procedures.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of legal practice management experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Paralegal recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.
• Performance evaluations and ongoing performance improvement plans.
• Develop and deliver paralegal training and educational support.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures, structures, and best practices; evaluate paraprofessional workload and productivity.
• Maintain regular in‑office attendance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
