Qualifications

• 5-7 years of legal practice management experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and evaluating paralegals.
• Ability to lead and train a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Paralegal recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.
• Performance evaluations and ongoing performance improvement plans.
• Develop and deliver paralegal training and educational support.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures, structures, and best practices; evaluate paraprofessional workload and productivity.
• Maintain regular in-office attendance.
