Job summary

Jobot in Miami is urgently hiring a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support two attorneys at an established firm. You will manage case files, draft pleadings and motions, schedule hearings and depositions, and assist with discovery and trial logistics. Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred. On-site role with benefits and a bonus opportunity.

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per year plus annual bonus and competitive benefits, including health insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Experience handling case files and drafting documents (pleadings, motions, subpoenas).
• Ability to facilitate discovery, schedule depositions and hearings, and manage trial logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and proficient in E-filing.
