Jobot is hiring a Paralegal/Legal Assistant in Miami, FL for an on-site, permanent role with two attorneys. The salary range is $75,000–$85,000 per year plus an annual bonus and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities include managing case files, drafting pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and scheduling hearings and depositions. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required; strong organizational and e-filing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 attorneys to support with case files, drafting pleadings, motions and subpoenas.
• Ability to schedule hearings, depositions and other appointments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficient in e-filing.

Responsibilities

• Support 2 attorneys by managing case files and drafting legal documents.
• Schedule hearings, depositions, and other appointments; coordinate with clients and court staff.
• Assist with discovery, trial logistics, organizing evidence and courtroom support.
