Busy plaintiff law firm in Dadeland area is looking for an experienced paralegal/legal assistant.
We need somebody able to provide support to 2 attorneys by managing case files, including drafting documents (pleadings, motions, subpoenas) and scheduling hearings, depositions, and other appointments.
Candidate should be able to facilitate discovery, schedule depositions, and manage trial logistics, including organizing evidence and aiding in the courtroom.
This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in E-filing, and high attention to detail.
Salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 plus annual bonus and competitive benefits package (health insurance, paid vacation, parking, 401k plan, etc.).
Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is preferred, but not required
