Uloop Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to support our trial team in the Dadeland area. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong organizational and research skills, and bilingual English/Spanish.

You will schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, manage discovery, and maintain case documents while communicating with clients and witnesses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a litigation paralegal role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Fast-paced and team-oriented; able to work under pressure.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our trial team and assist in all phases of the litigation process. Candidate MUST have at least 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented. We are a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm in the Dadeland area. Bilingual, English/Spanish. Candidate must be fast moving, and a team player who can work under pressure. Must have experience in litigation, time management / organizational skills; Self-starter; experience scheduling hearings, depositions, and Mediations, and handling Discovery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case-specific documents, including Notices of Hearings and Depositions.
