Job summary

Stark & Stark, a leading personal injury firm in Hamilton, NJ, is hiring a Paralegal for our PI practice in an on-site role. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, and staff to achieve favorable outcomes while managing discovery, timelines, and client communications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PI experience, a paralegal certificate or associate's degree, and proficiency in MS Office and FileVine. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in a fast-paced, collegial environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury, with hands-on knowledge of both pre-litigation and litigation case management.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures in Pennsylvania.
  • Paralegal certificate or associate's degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to quickly learn new legal technology.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and professionalism.

Compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including candidate experience, qualifications, accomplishments, and location. Employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based merit increases rewarding individual and firm achievements.
