Job summary

LHH in Dallas, TX is seeking a Paralegal for Medical Malpractice & Personal Injury Litigation onsite. The role supports attorneys through all phases of litigation, with a starting salary of $85,000+ DOE. Candidates need 2+ years paralegal experience in litigation; knowledge of medical malpractice or PI is a plus.

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience required.
• Experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or complex litigation preferred.
• Strong discovery, calendaring, and case management skills.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Trial preparation experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Paralegal certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert meetings
• Maintain case calendars and monitor deadlines
• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents

• Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and trial notebooks
• Communicate with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel
