Job summary

RAS LaVrar, LLC is seeking a Paralegal to support a high-volume creditors’ rights practice in Plantation, FL. Reporting to the Compliance/Managing Attorney, this role emphasizes organization, proactive work, and precise pleadings and document management.

You will draft and format pleadings, organize trial materials, manage digital and physical files, and liaise with courts and attorneys to keep deadlines on track in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certification required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies preferred; AS in Paralegal Studies acceptable.
• Some legal or banking experience preferred.
• Candidate should thrive under pressure and be highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and format pleadings; file with courts timely.
• Organize digital and physical case files for litigation team.
• Coordinate with attorneys and court staff on scheduling and filings.
• Support attorneys with document management and trial preparation.
