CGS Federal seeks a Mid-Level Paralegal to support OGC-LITB and government litigation projects. You will perform legal research, document review, draft memos, manage discovery materials, and generate reports using case management tools. Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience is required.
• Experience with legal research tools such as Lexis and Westlaw.
• Familiarity with document review, discovery, and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, accurate, timely paralegal support reporting to the OGC.
• Conduct legal research and locate relevant laws and cases.
• Perform moderately complex legal research and draft memoranda.
• Assist in preparing draft legal documents and discovery materials.
• Maintain records of discovery materials and prepare privilege logs.
• Coordinate reporting and case management using case databases.
• Ensure high quality work under pressure and collaborate with team.
