Job summary

Haley Stuart Group in Somerset County is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal for an on-site role with potential hybrid flexibility. You will support four attorneys on high-profile matters, draft and proofread legal documents, manage calendars, and perform data reporting using Excel and Word.

The position offers primarily on-site work with the possibility of 1–2 remote days per week after training, and compensation up to $90,000 commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new software (training provided on case management systems such as Logicull).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to four attorneys handling several high-profile client matters.
