Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Paralegal – North America to support our NDA program from Marlborough, MA. This on‑site role reports to the Associate General Counsel and collaborates with the Legal & Compliance Team across Cytiva and OpCos.

You will draft and review NDAs, assist with MTAs, develop templates, and deliver training materials to enable business processes while upholding corporate governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a large law firm, corporate legal dept, or in‑house team.
• Experience with NDAs and MTAs and reviewing standardized contracts.

Responsibilities

• Independently draft, review, negotiate, and advise on NDAs for North America.
• Support MTAs and other common agreements and assist OpCo projects.
• Maintain policies, templates, and standard terms for scalable legal support.
• Develop training, communications, onboarding materials, and business enablement resources.
• Provide legal operations support including governance and service of process coordination.
