Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Paralegal to support attorneys across the organization. You will review and manage agreements, conduct legal research, coordinate contract processes, respond to business inquiries, and support a broad range of operational legal matters.

Key responsibilities include contract support, legal operations coordination, regulatory compliance, and documentation management, with emphasis on privacy, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Paralegal certification from an accredited institution preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of paralegal experience or comparable work experience.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and legal operations tools preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise and manage routine agreements (vendor, NDAs, services, SOWs).
• Coordinate contract review workflows through execution.
• Maintain contract files and ensure proper execution and retention.
• Assist with contract-related reporting and tracking obligations.
• Support legal requests, inquiries, and coordination across business units.
