Job summary

Kubota Tractor Corporation (KTC) in Grapevine, TX, seeks a Paralegal to support vendor onboarding, compliance, and governance within the Legal Department. The role interfaces with the Manager, VMO and Senior Paralegal, managing contracts, NDAs, and related processes.

Experience with financial services matters is valued. The position involves collaboration with outside counsel, litigation support, and treasury activities, with opportunities for professional growth in a structured corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• 0-3 years of related experience with a degree.
• 3-5 years of related experience required in lieu of a degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager, VMO / Senior Paralegal Financial Services and KCC General Counsel with vendor onboarding and oversight.
• Support financial services compliance, and financial services litigation management.
• Assist in treasury/corporate finance and corporate governance tasks.
• Coordinate policies and procedures review and related projects.
• Collaborate with outside counsel and manage related databases and processes.
• Support contracts, NDAs, and work orders from internal stakeholders.
