Job summary

The role supports Attorneys in the Condemnation Section and requires familiarity with the Odyssey case management system and state filing procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited paralegal program or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree and one year of substantive paralegal experience.
• HS diploma or GED and five years of paralegal experience.
• Equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare highway condemnation actions in NC superior courts.
• Gather information from DOT Right of Way Unit and other agencies.
• Ensure proper filing with court officials statewide.
• Work under the supervision of Attorney III in the Condemnation Section.
