Job summary

Stealth Law Firm in Northern Virginia is seeking a Paralegal who wants to move beyond day-to-day support into exposure to franchise law, transactional matters, contracts, regulatory filings, and litigation. You will work directly with attorneys on franchise, transactional, corporate, and litigation matters, learn the full contract lifecycle, and assist with M&A, due diligence, and registrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in a private law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Westlaw, PACER/CM-ECF, and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with franchise registrations and regulatory filings.
• Prepare, review, organize, and track franchise and business contracts.
• Maintain contract management systems, deadlines, and renewals.
• Assist with corporate filings, resolutions, and governance documents.
• Support franchise agreements, default/termination notices, transfers, M&A, and due diligence.

I’m currently recruiting for a Paralegal with a well-established boutique law firm in Northern Virginia known for its work with franchisors, business transactions, licensing, trademarks, and related disputes.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$65,000 – $85,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
