Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Strong experience with federal and state court matters, discovery, and trial prep.
• Familiarity with arbitration and complex case management.
• Proficiency with litigation support and trial presentation software such as TrialDirector.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other case-related documents
• Organizing and maintaining case files, discovery materials, exhibits, transcripts, and trial notebooks

• Summarizing depositions, testimony, and transcripts and conducting factual investigations

Job Overview:

You will play an integral role in supporting complex litigation matters from inception through trial, partnering closely with attorneys and clients to drive cases forward efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:

• Healthcare litigation experience is a plus, but not required
