• Make the collaborative call when the data points two different directions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Civic Innovation Lab to hit shared goals
• Refuse to let Corporate Governance debt quietly accumulate on your watch
• Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered
• Map the handoffs between CA teams so nothing falls in the cracks
• Spot the Corona pattern in feedback before it becomes a complaint
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Convert DocuSign chaos into a backlog someone can actually work
