Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support its in-house legal team in North County San Diego. The role offers broad exposure to corporate governance, contracts, SEC compliance, intellectual property, and strategic corporate transactions.

Responsibilities include supporting governance activities, drafting agreements, assisting with SEC filings, and collaborating with senior leadership and outside counsel on a variety of matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting public company legal functions.
• Corporate governance and entity management experience.
• Exposure to SEC reporting and compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Notary Public or willingness to obtain commission.
