Job summary

Vaughan Baio is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, certified Paralegal in Philadelphia, PA to support our General Liability team. The role requires managing a high-volume caseload and providing comprehensive litigation support to multiple attorneys.

Responsibilities include managing case files, drafting legal documents, and preparing court filings in various jurisdictions. A minimum of 2 years legal experience is needed, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProLaw, or iManage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation or general liability.
• Experience drafting, preparing, and serving legal documents.
• Prior experience tracking and billing time in ProLaw and/or iManage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize case files for several matters.
• Draft, finalize, and serve legal documents.
• Prepare and file court documents in multiple jurisdictions.
