Job summary

Kensington Vanguard National Land Services, part of CRC Group, seeks an experienced Client Relationship Manager to build relationships with banking teams and real estate professionals. The role focuses on growing networks within the Truist umbrella and driving revenue through strategic business development.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in client relationships or sales, excellent communication, and a proactive, energetic, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in client relationship management or sales.
• Exceptional facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Legal, accounting, or transactional real estate experience preferred.

Leading 1031 exchange firm is seeking an experienced client relationship manager with existing personal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role. Must be motivated, hardworking, high energy and a self-starter.

Responsibilities Include:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing banking teams, as well as third party relationships with real estate attorneys, accountants and realtors
• Develop a wide network of banking relationships within the Truist umbrella
• Drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets to accomplish financial objectives
• Track and report appointments
• Collaborate with management and internal teams on Business Development initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in client relationship management or sales;
• Understanding of real estate transactions/ closing preferred, but not required
• Exceptional facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of accountability

The annual base salary for this position is $75k - $80k.
