CGS Federal in the United States Miami, FL is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join a fast-paced legal team. You will support various aspects of the company's government accounts and assist attorneys with research, document review, and litigation preparation.

The ideal candidate holds a paralegal certificate or JD, has at least two years of litigation support experience, and is proficient with LEXIS/Westlaw and discovery platforms.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or currently attending ABA-accredited law school, having completed at least one year of study.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience is required; trial experience is very helpful.
• At least one year of experience in automated litigation support.
• Requires knowledge of LEXIS and Westlaw.
• Hands-on familiarity with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and imaging systems.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional paralegal support reporting to the Office of General Counsel; assist with discovery and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and synopsis transcripts for attorney use.
• Prepare draft legal documents, motions, memoranda, and exhibits.
