Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a paralegal certificate or a minimum of 6 months experience in drafting discovery documents and discovery responses, summarizing claims files and medical records, and interviewing clients.

• Familiar with basic office equipment and software (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with discovery responses and case preparation for trial.
• Draft motions, briefs and related documents as needed.
