Kaufman Dolowich LLP is seeking a Remote Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice. The role involves assisting with strategy, filings, discovery, depositions, and trial prep while maintaining organized electronic case files and meeting deadlines.

Ideal candidates have federal litigation experience, a Paralegal Certificate (preferred), and strong proficiency in LexisNexis and MS Office. Remote candidates from the U.S. are welcome; Florida or Texas location is preferred.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Federal litigation experience required.
• Experience supporting all phases of litigation: discovery, motions, depositions, trial prep, and e-filing.
• Familiarity with federal court rules and procedures.
• Experience with LexisNexis and other legal research platforms.
• NEOS experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support tech.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys with case strategy, filings, and motion practice.
• Manage case files, discovery responses, and trial prep materials.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and court filings.
• Perform legal research and summarize transcripts and testimony.
• Maintain timelines, deadlines, and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with clients, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel.
