Job summary

Discovery Experts LLC is seeking a proactive, client-focused Litigation Paralegal/eDiscovery professional for the DFW area. You will partner with clients, guide litigation support strategy, and deliver practical, solution-oriented service across complex matters.

Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Reveal, Relativity, Logikcull, or Everlaw is essential, including load files, data imports/exports, and productions. Legal hold experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in paralegal, litigation support, or eDiscovery roles.
• 3+ years working in the EDRM and core eDiscovery workflows.
• 1+ years hands-on with ESI platforms (Reveal, Relativity, Logikcull, Everlaw).
• Experience with legal hold processes is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-relations focus.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, client-focused, solutions oriented Litigation Paralegal or eDiscovery professional with legal firm experience to join our team in the DFW area. In this role, you will partner directly with clients, help guide litigation support strategy, and deliver practical, solution-oriented service across complex legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the pace and intellectual challenge of high-stakes litigation support while gaining more schedule predictability than a traditional embedded trial paralegal role. Strong experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Reveal, Relativity, Logikcull, or Everlaw is important, including but not limited to load file manipulation, data imports, exports, and productions. Experience with legal hold workflows is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in paralegal, litigation support, or eDiscovery technology/support roles.
• 3+ years of working in the EDRM and core eDiscovery workflows.
• 1+ years hands‑on experience with ESI platforms, preferably Reveal, Relativity, Logikcull, or similar tools including database management and data manipulation.
• Experience with legal hold processes is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver dependable service.
