We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Part-Time Paralegal to support our in-house legal team in a fully remote capacity. This role requires a capable generalist with strong experience across various contract types, as well as the ability to manage high volumes of administrative and document-related work with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities:

• Review, redline, and provide first-pass feedback on a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, service and licensing agreements, marketing and promotional agreements, and more.
• Coordinate contract execution through AdobeSign and maintain oversight of contract status, version control, and routing.
• Maintain a digital log of contract drafts, execution copies, and contract-related communications using shared drives and collaboration tools.
• Track deadlines, renewal dates, and deliverables related to active agreements.
• Assist with preparing, proofreading, and organizing legal documents and templates.
• Support special legal and compliance projects on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in an in-house legal department.
• Broad exposure to commercial contract review and drafting across various business functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AdobeSign (or similar tools), and cloud-based file management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive).
• Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple matters simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
• Experience supporting lean legal teams in a fast-paced or startup-style environment.
• Familiarity with marketing, privacy, and IP issues a plus.
