Our client, a leading legal publisher, seeks an experienced attorney to develop “how-to”-type practical guidance for topics of interest to attorneys advising FDA-regulated companies. The attorney will draft and/or edit practice notes, checklists, forms, and other practical guidance materials related to topics including product approval, agency enforcement, and compliance issues.

This is a part time position expected to require 10-20 hours per week, on a flexible schedule. Work may be done remotely from any location. Rate is $42/hr.

Candidates must be admitted in the US and have at least 3 years of experience representing a range of FDA-regulated companies or working for the FDA. Ideal candidates will also have previous legal content writing experience, such as with bar association magazines or journals or law firm client alerts or newsletters.
