Objective
Reporting to the General Counsel of Perspective Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), the Company’s Paralegal will play a key role in supporting members of the Legal and Intellectual Property (“IP”) team and cross-functional teams across the Company on a wide range of Legal, corporate governance, and operational matters.
Perspective is looking for a self-motivated Paralegal who is prepared to work autonomously and own certain subject matter areas within the Legal organization. This individual should be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills. Additionally, this person should be comfortable interfacing with business leaders throughout the organization and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position is initially structured as a part-time role, with the expectation that it will transition to full-time within six (6) months, based on business needs and performance.
Essential Functions
- Manage the Company’s contract execution process and the Company’s Contract Management System.
- Update and maintain the Company’s corporate data room.
- Prepare and review drafts of non-disclosure agreements and other Company contracts with the support of the Company’s Associate General Counsel, Contracts.
- Coordinate collection, finalization, distribution and filing of materials for meetings of the Board of Directors and its committees.
- Provide support on patent applications and other IP-related filings.
- Prepare periodic updates on Legal/IP Team activities for the Company’s leadership team.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Company policies and procedures.
- Assist with Legal research and drafting as necessary.
- Prepare drafts of Section 16 filings and support other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Manage governance for the Company’s subsidiaries.
- Assist in the development and provision of Legal training programs on contracts, Company policies, regulatory developments and other topics.
- Provide support on special projects as requested.

Education / Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a paralegal or similar role in a publicly traded company and/or law firm.
- 4+ years of relevant experience (e.g., corporate or transactional support, contract management, project management).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with management of corporate records.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office applications, and contract management platforms.
Knowledge / Skill / Ability
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to simultaneously manage and meet deadlines for numerous negotiations and projects consistent with the Company’s business objectives and requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused, collaborative approach.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and able to function independently and contribute meaningfully as part of a team.
