Job summary

Allcat Claims Service, LLC is seeking a Contract and Litigation Paralegal to support contract lifecycle management and litigation. The role collaborates with in-house counsel to draft, review, and track contracts, while assisting with case management, discovery, and litigation preparation.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of managing competing deadlines, and able to work independently on moderately complex matters. ABA-certified training and 4–6 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate preferred; ABA-approved program.
• 4–6 years of paralegal experience in contracts and litigation support.
• Working knowledge of civil procedures and e-discovery tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; ability to learn new legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the contract repository, track dates and renewal terms.
• Flag risk provisions and compliance concerns for attorney review.
• Support development and maintenance of contract templates.
• Provide full-cycle litigation support, including intake and deadline calendaring.
• Manage discovery: collection, review, privilege logs, and production.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on case logistics and filings.
• Conduct legal and factual research and review case files.
• Ensure timely e-filing and compliance with local court rules.
• Prioritize and manage mixed caseload; maintain confidentiality; support audits and budget tracking.
