Job summary

Medpace, a Cincinnati-based clinical contract research organization, is seeking a full-time Paralegal/Contracts Associate to join its Sponsor Contracting team. This office-based role focuses on supporting Contracts Attorneys and managing contract workflows to ensure timely execution.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree with 0-3 years of paralegal or contracts experience and are proficient in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in paralegal studies or bachelor’s degree with paralegal certificate.
• 0-3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant or contracts administrator.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support to Contracts Attorneys, including contract review.
• Draft termination letters to vendors.
• Maintain contract database and coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist with legal research and special projects.

Job Summary

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Paralegal/Contracts Associate to join our growing Sponsor Contracting team. Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support services to Medpace Contracts Attorneys including but not limited to:
• Review sponsor and vendor contracts;
• Review confidentiality agreements;
• Send out executed contracts; and
• Draft termination letters to vendors
• Act as the main point of contact for contract database;
• Provide contract process support to internal teams;
• Support Contracts Attorneys with legal research; and
• Complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor’s Degree and paralegal certificate;
• 0-3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant or contracts adminstrator; and
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel.
